Day 1 Moshi to Mkomazi National Park

Your safari begins at 06:30 AM with pick up from your hotel in Moshi. By 06:45 AM, you start the scenic drive toward Mkomazi National Park, arriving around 08:45 AM.

After completing park formalities at 09:00 AM, your first exciting game drive begins. Between 09:00 AM and 12:30 PM, you explore the open savannah searching for elephants, giraffes, zebras, elands, hartebeests, and predators such as lions. The wide landscapes and fewer vehicles make wildlife viewing peaceful and rewarding.

At 12:30 PM, you stop at a scenic picnic site inside the park to enjoy lunch while surrounded by nature. By 01:30 PM, your afternoon game drive continues until 04:30 PM, giving you more opportunities for photography and bird watching.

Around 05:00 PM, you exit the park and transfer to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 Rhino Sanctuary & Return to Moshi

The day starts early at 06:30 AM with a sunrise game drive lasting until 08:30 AM, when wildlife is most active.

At 08:30 AM, you visit the Rhino Sanctuary, a protected conservation area where endangered black rhinos are carefully monitored. This rare experience allows you to learn about conservation efforts while observing these magnificent animals from a safe distance.

After returning to the lodge for brunch at 10:00 AM, you enjoy a final game drive from 11:00 AM to 01:30 PM while heading toward the park exit. By 01:30 PM, you begin your return journey to Moshi, arriving around 04:00 PM, marking the end of your unforgettable safari.
